River House Rental located on the Colorado River with a private boat dock.This Vacation Rental is 3200 sqft 2 story featuring 4 bedrooms with TV,s in each room 3 bathrooms, living room with fireplace & 62" big screen TV with DVD player and small DVD collection. The main floor kitchen has a stove, microwave, double oven, countertop convection oven, refrigerator & all the amenities to cook up your favorite meals.
On the lower level we have what we call the entertainment kitchen. This kitchen has everything except for an oven. We use this kitchen when we barbecue, or when we have get togethers with family. This floor also has a game room & flat screen Tv and access to the boat dock .
The best part of this Vacation Rental is outside. We spend most of our time jet skiing, boating, water-skiing, wake-boarding or just floating on the water. This Vacation Rental has 1 upper patio & a lower patio. Both face the Colorado River and have spectacular views of the Arizona & California landscapes with of coarse the river in between. What more could you ask for. But that's not all. If you're like me, I like to take boat trips up to Laughlin & Davis Dam that's always a fun trip, or you can go down river to the Avi Casino. If you're up for a long trip you can always go down to Havasu. This is an all day adventure.
This Vacation Rental has all the things you will need to have great time. We have set the house up with all the amenities such as blankets, pillows, linens, dishes, cups, glasses, plates, utensils, pots & pans, washer & dryer you name it. We also set up an information board that displays all the great places close to the house such as gas stations, grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants, casinos etc, with phone numbers & directions to make your stay as convenient as possible.
You will have access to Internet connection if you have a laptop. There is a phone set up for local calls only.
You will also have access to our 4 car garage to park your cars, boats & jetskis. Some boats may not fit in the garage so you can park your boat in the driveway.
