Standard Rates ( Non Holiday )

You may cancel your reservation & receive a full refund of your money as long as you give us written notice of cancellation 1 month prior to your rental date. This only applies to non holiday rentals.

We will refund your money 100%

If you do not send us written notice of your cancellation within the time period we specified above ,you may lose your deposit.

Holidays & Specials

We are sorry but we do not accept cancellation on holidays or specials .Your deposit would be Non refundable.

Cleaning Deposit

Cleaning deposit is non refundable.

We use this deposit money to clean the home once you have checked out.

Pet Deposit

Pet deposit is refundable upon inspection of the home.

As long as there is no damage caused by your pet ,we will refund your pet deposit.

If your pet has damaged the home and the repairs exceed your pet deposit we would then use your security deposit to complete nessecary repairs.
