Security Deposit Required

We require a security deposit to hold dates. Rentals must be paid in
full 2 weeks in advance.

Deposit:$500.00 (Refundable upon inspection of property)
Cleaning deposit: $200.00 ( non refundable )

Half of your deposit may be refundable upon cancellation if canceled
at least 30 days prior to reservation date.

No refunds on holidays or specials . Deposit may vary please review holiday rates for deposit info.

Minimum 3 night stay.

Holidays must be paid in full 2 months in advance .

Pet deposit required :

$150.00 per dog
